Refund & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind Koala Convert and want you to love it. If it is not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

Scope
This policy covers all purchases made through Koala Convert or Paddle, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and add-ons. It does not cover third-party marketplaces or bundles unless explicitly stated.
14-day right to cancel
Consumers purchasing digital goods or subscriptions have 14 days from the transaction date to cancel for any reason. Once you submit a request, access to Koala Convert Pro may be limited while the refund is processed.
Eligibility requirements
- Requests must be received within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
- Renewals billed automatically are eligible if the request arrives within 14 days of the renewal date.
- Abuse of the policy (for example repeated refunds after extensive use) may result in account review to keep things fair for everyone.
How to request a refund
Email billing@koalaconvert.com or open a ticket inside the dashboard. Include your Paddle receipt ID and the email tied to your account so we can locate the payment quickly.
Processing timeline
Paddle initiates refunds back to your original payment method. Banks usually post the credit within 5-10 business days, though some cards may take longer depending on region. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Subscription cancellations vs refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund. If you cancel outside the 14-day window you retain access until the end of the billing period. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew on the anniversary of purchase; Paddle emails contain a self-serve cancellation link.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unsubstantiated chargeback may result in immediate suspension of the account. We encourage you to contact support before reaching out to your bank so we can resolve the issue faster.
After the refund
Your Pro features will revert to the Free plan and any stored presets remain local to your device. You can repurchase a plan whenever you are ready, there are no penalties for returning.
